What we charge
A processing fee of £99 will be charged. We may also charge a fee of up to 1% of the mortgage advance in cases where we do not receive commission from the lender or where any fee paid to us from the lender is due to be less than £500. This fee will be no more than £1500 and will be payable on application. We will also retain all commissions received from the lender.
